UV printing is a process where ink is applied directly onto a surface and instantly cured using ultraviolet light. The result is a crisp, high-resolution finish that never fails to impress.

Unlike engraving, UV printing opens up full colour. Logos, photos, gradients, fine detail - if it can be designed, it can be printed. It’s perfect for branded products, signage, promotional items, and anything where colour and impact matter.

What is UV printing? UV printing is a direct-to-surface digital printing process where ink is cured instantly using ultraviolet light. It produces a crisp, full-colour, durable result - and it works on a wide range of surfaces.
What materials can be UV printed? We commonly print on acrylic, wood, PVC, corflute, ACM panels, and gift boxes. Glass is possible with a primer. Coated metals vary - get in touch and we’ll confirm suitability for your specific item.
Can you print on items I supply? Generally we prefer to supply the items ourselves, that way we know the surface is compatible and can guarantee the result. That said, we’re happy to have a conversation about customer-supplied items on a case-by-case basis. Get in touch before sending anything our way.
How much does UV printing cost? Pricing depends on print size, number of colours, material type, and quantity. The quickest way to get a price is to send us your design, the item, print dimensions, and how many you need, we’ll come back to you with a quote.
What file format do I need to supply? Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal for logos and graphics. High-resolution JPG or PNG files work well for photos and detailed artwork. If you’re unsure, send us what you have and we’ll advise.
How long does it take? Turnaround depends on the job - simple prints can be very quick, while larger or more complex orders take longer. Once we have your design and details confirmed, we’ll give you an estimated timeframe. If you have a deadline, please let us know upfront.
Do you do bulk or corporate orders? Yes! we regularly handle corporate and bulk UV print jobs. Get in touch with your requirements and we’ll put together a quote.
