We're based in Pukekohe, South Auckland, and ship nationwide across New Zealand. All engraving is completed in-house, no outsourcing, no shortcuts.

2 We Confirm & Quote We'll assess the item, confirm suitability, and come back with a quote. No surprises.
3 We Engrave It Once approved, your item is engraved in-house at our Auckland studio. Clean, precise, and permanent.
4 Shipped or Collected We'll ship it back to you anywhere in New Zealand, or you're welcome to collect from Pukekohe.

Need Colour Instead? Laser engraving is single-tone. For full-colour designs, we also offer UV printing. Good Questions FAQs
Can you engrave logos or custom designs? Yes, we regularly engrave logos, handwriting, and custom designs on a wide range of items. For best results, supply your design as a vector file (AI, SVG, EPS, or high-quality PDF). If you're not sure what that means, just send us what you have and we'll let you know if it'll work. We check every file before engraving and may make minor adjustments to ensure a clean result.
Can I supply my own item? Yes, in many cases, you can. We regularly engrave customer-supplied items including:

If you're unsure whether your item is suitable, get in touch before sending anything. Many clients ship directly to us, you're welcome to do the same.
What about heirloom or irreplaceable items? Laser engraving is a permanent process and there is always a small element of risk. For this reason, we prefer not to engrave heirloom or irreplaceable items, including sentimental family pieces, one-of-a-kind items, or high-value items where replacement isn't possible. If your item falls into this category, we're happy to help you find a suitable alternative.
How much does laser engraving cost? Pricing varies depending on material type, design size and complexity, engraving method, and setup requirements. The quickest way to get a price is to send us a photo of the item, the approximate engraving size, and your design or wording. For complex or bulk jobs, we can provide a formal quote.
What's the difference between engraving and annealing? Engraving removes material to create a recessed design you can feel, it's the more common and cost-effective method. Laser annealing changes the surface colour (typically producing a dark mark on stainless steel) without removing material, giving a smooth, premium finish with no depth. It's more time-intensive and costs a little more. Not sure which suits your item? We'll guide you.
How long does it take? Turnaround depends on the job. Simple engraving can often be done very quickly; more complex or bulk orders take longer. Once we've confirmed your design and item, we'll give you an estimated timeframe. If you have a specific deadline, let us know upfront, we regularly run urgent jobs after hours and on weekends.
