Do you offer Click and Collect?
We do indeed. We're located in Pukekohe, South Auckland (approx. 10minutes from the Bombay off ramp). If you'd like to collect your order, there's an option for "pick up" at the checkout. You'll then receive an email when your order is ready. It will advise you to send us a text the night before you wish to collect your order.
Do You Offer Branding on Gift Boxes & Other Items?
We sure do! From gift boxes to drink bottles, coffee cups to T-shirts, we love working with other brands. We've got plenty of examples of work we've done, so please feel free to reach out to us.
Can Your Engraved Items Be Customised?
Yes, all our engraving is done in house which means it can be entirely customised to suit. The products displayed on our website are just a very small selection of what we do. We have thousands of fonts and images available too. We LOVE helping out with your inappropriate gift requests as well (swear words, adult themes etc).
Can You Laser Engrave My Logo Onto Bottles/Coffee Cups etc?
As long as your logo can be converted to a single colour, we can engrave it! Engraving will usually come up a silver colour (stainless steel). You will need to supply is with a vector file of your logo however, if you don't have access to a vector version, email us with what you do have and we'll do our best to convert it for you.
Do You Have A Minimum Order Quantity On Customised Items?
There is no minimum order quantity on our items. You can order as few or as many as you like. We do offer discounts on bulk quantities though. Please email us to discuss this.
Do You Offer Gift Boxes Complete With Goodies (such as food and alcohol)?

How Quickly Will You Process My Order?
Our usual processing time is 24-72 hours on most items. This does not include our resin finish tumblers (they are individually made to order with a turn around time of approx. 7-10 days).
If you are on a tight time frame, please touch base with us before you order and we'll do our absolute best to facilitate an expedited processing time. We can tell you if we have your item in stock ready for immediate dispatch, or if there is likely to be a delay. In many instances, we'll be able to turn your order round on the same day if required (there is a rush fee associated with this).
What Is The "Rush My Order" Add On Option All About?
If you add the "Rush My Order" option to your cart, your order will go straight to the top of the pile to be processed. We will pull out all the stops to try and get your order out the same day. If there are multiple rush orders waiting, they are processed in the order in which they were received. You can read about this optional add on here.
Do You Offer Saturday Delivery?
Short answer, yes - although it's not absolutely guaranteed and is not available for those with a rural delivery (RD) address. You can read about this optional add on here.
How Long Will The Courier Take To Deliver My Order?
Once your parcel is on board the Courier, the delivery time frame is beyond our control. We have a daily scheduled pick up run Monday - Friday (Couriers in NZ do not collect on the weekends). We usually find parcels across the North Island (non-rural) arrive within 2 working days and, parcels bound for the South Island (non-rural) arrive within 3 working days. Please allow an extra 3-4 days if you have a rural delivery address. These times are indicative only and we cannot take responsibility for late delivery of gifts due to location, adverse weather, traffic, incomplete or incorrect address information, unforeseen circumstances or any other reason beyond our control.
How Can I Track My Parcel?
You will receive an automated email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched, however it make take up to 24 hours for the tracking to update. Check your junk/promo/spam/other folder as your tracking email may end up in there. We do not have any additional tracking information than what is provided to you. The quickest way for you to track down your parcel is to contact the Courier company directly.
What If I'm Not Home When The Courier Arrives?
All our parcels are sent with "Authority to leave" (no signature required). If you specifically do not want your parcel left without a signature, please add a note when you place your order and we will do our best to facilitate this.
