Where is your Store?
We operate primarily as an online store, with walk-ins and local pickup available by prior arrangement. Our physical address is 59b The Glade South, Pukekohe.
Do you offer Click and Collect?
Yes, we do. We’re located in Pukekohe, South Auckland (approximately 15 minutes from the Bombay off-ramp). Simply select “Local Pick Up" at checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with collection instructions, including a request to text us the evening before you’d like to collect so we can ensure someone is available.
Do You Offer Branding on Gift Boxes & Other Items?
Absolutely. From gift boxes and drink bottles to coffee cups, apparel and more, we love working with other brands. We’ve completed a wide range of branding projects and are happy to share examples - feel free to get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Can Your Items All Be Customised?
Yes - all engraving and printing is done in-house, which means it can be fully customised to suit your needs. The products shown on our website are just a small snapshot of what we offer. We have thousands of fonts and graphic options available, and we’re always happy to help bring unique ideas to life. And yes - we’re more than happy to assist with cheeky, inappropriate or adult-themed gift requests too.
Can I Supply My Own Bottle or Tumbler for Engraving?
Yes - we’re happy to engrave client-supplied items, including popular brands such as YETI, HUSKI, FRANK GREEN and similar drinkware. The cost to engrave a customer-supplied item is $25 per item. We do offer discounted pricing for bulk engraving requests, so please get in touch if you’re supplying multiple items.
Please note that while we take every care when engraving, client-supplied items are provided at your own risk. Due to variations in coatings, finishes, and materials between brands, we can’t guarantee engraving results on items not supplied by us, and we’re unable to replace or refund customer-provided items in the unlikely event something doesn’t go to plan.
If you’re unsure whether your item is suitable for engraving, feel free to email us a photo or product details before dropping it off - we’re always happy to advise.
Do You Have A Minimum Order Quantity On Customised Items?
No - there is usually no minimum order quantity (MOQ). You can order one item or one hundred+. We do offer bulk discounts for larger orders, so please get in touch to discuss pricing.
Do You Offer Gift Boxes Complete With Goodies (such as food and alcohol)?

How Quickly Will You Process My Order?
Our standard processing time is 24–72 hours for most items, during off peak periods. Please note that resin-finish tumblers are individually hand made to order and have a longer turnaround of approximately 7–10 days in summer, and 10-14 days in winter. We can usually accommodate quick turn around requests when required so if you’re working to a tight deadline, please contact us before placing your order. We’re often able to advise whether an item is in stock and, in many cases, can offer same-day turnaround (a rush fee applies).
What is the “Rush My Order” add-on?
Adding the “Rush My Order” option moves your order to the front of the queue.
We’ll do everything possible to dispatch your order the same day. If multiple rush orders are received, they are processed in the order they’re placed. Full details on this optional add-on can be found here.
Do You Offer Saturday Delivery?
Short answer - yes, but it isn’t guaranteed and is not available for rural (RD) addresses. Saturday delivery is an optional add-on and is subject to courier availability. Full details are available here.
How Long Will The Courier Take To Deliver My Order?
Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, delivery timeframes are outside our control. We have daily courier pickups Monday–Friday (couriers do not collect on weekends).
Typical delivery timeframes (non-rural):
- North Island: 1–2 working days
- South Island: 2–3 working days
- Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 3–4 working days
These timeframes are indicative only. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by weather, traffic, incorrect address details, rural delivery, or other circumstances beyond our control.
How Can I Track My Parcel?
You’ll receive an automated tracking email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update. Be sure to check your junk, spam or promotions folder if you haven’t received it.
What If I'm Not Home When The Courier Arrives?
All parcels are sent with Authority to Leave (no signature required). If you’d prefer a signature-required delivery, please add a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate this request.
