A Personal Touch offers professional laser engraving for almost any flat-bladed knife. Whether it’s a chef’s prize possession, a groomsman gift, a hunting knife passed down through the family, an anniversary gift, or a corporate presentation piece - we’ll engrave it with precision.

Do I need to supply the knife? Not necessarily. We can source knives if needed, but we’re equally happy to work with one you already own. Either way, get in touch first and we’ll sort out the best option for you.
What if I’m not sure my knife is suitable? Just ask. Send us a photo and a description before you ship anything and we’ll let you know whether it’s a good candidate for engraving.
How long does it take? Once we have your knife in hand, engraving is usually completed within 24–72 hours. Return shipping is typically 1–3 business days. Total turnaround from receipt to delivery is generally around 2–5 days, though this is a guide, not a guarantee.
What will the engraving look like? We use a laser annealing process that typically produces a dark, contrasted mark without affecting the integrity of the blade. Results do vary depending on the metal composition of your knife - some blades engrave with a lighter, whitish colour rather than the classic dark finish. We’ll always aim for the best possible result, but if the exact colour matters to you, it’s worth discussing before we get started.
Do you engrave logos and custom designs? Yes, for original artwork and logos. We’re unable to engrave copyrighted designs or branded imagery without appropriate permissions.
Can you do multiple knives? Absolutely. Whether it’s a set of two for a wedding or a batch of kitchen knives for your restaurant team, we can handle multiple pieces. Contact us for a quote.
